At the heart of the hotel, the Les Norias restaurant invites you to an authentic culinary experience, reflecting the Cévennes: generous, sincere, and inspired by nature.

In a peaceful setting, between a bright dining room and a shaded terrace overlooking the park, our chef highlights local and seasonal products. Each dish tells a story: that of our partner producers, our terroir, and the passion that drives our team.

Our menus change with the seasons and fresh arrivals. Local meats, market vegetables, mountain cheeses, freshwater and nearby Mediterranean fish… we carefully select each ingredient to offer you flavorful cuisine that respects the products.
